What a Reiki healing session is like…

After a brief consultation, the client lays fully clothed comfortably on a reiki table (if the client prefers-they may sit in a chair). I then use tools to assist with healing for the client which can include sage and palo santo sacred smoke medicine and fully charged crystals. Then I apply hands on (or off and above the body depending on the clients preference) healing of Reiki Energy to the clients chakras, also known as energy points in the body, to balance the chakras. Relaxing music is playing in the background to allow the client to relax in a more meditative state which will enable deeper healing. Once the session is complete, the client rests comfortably for a few moments while I get them water. We then have a discussion and recommendations from the session are offered for wellness going forward for self healing.
